Here at Karma-the Indian Room we are able to offer Gift Vouchers for monetary amounts (£20 off) or full treatments your loved ones. Like all gift vouchers these come with terms and conditions for use and an expiry date, usually 3 months from their issue. Vouchers need to be used and redeemed within that time frame as they would for shops and other experiences.
Can the expiry on the vouchers be extended? Valid vouchers can be extended in extenuating circumstances in mutual agreement with us whilst they are still valid but this needs to be done within their valid timeframe.
Why can’t exipred vouchers still be redeemed? Like all vouchers whether they are for shops, large or small companies, they cannot be redeemed. As with all small businesses we manage the amount of vouchers available and the diary space to slot those bookings into within your voucher validity window. Once that validity window passes, your space is gone.
